As the Founder of City Dream Centre, Loretta is the visionary behind CDC,, carrying the dream of seeing lives transformed in the Surrey community for over 20 years. With an unwavering heart for people who are hurting and in need, Loretta has faithfully committed to create spaces of hope, dignity, and belonging. When she’s not leading City Dream Centre, you might just find her behind the drums!

Amber oversees City Dream Centre’s community events, bringing everything from our monthly Gatherings to major annual initiatives like Back to School, our Christmas project, and our Vancouver Sun Run charity partnership to life. She first joined the Dream Centre as a volunteer in Los Angeles in 2016 and she’s passionate about bringing people together to support those in need throughout Surrey and beyond.

Jacob oversees City Dream Centre’s digital presence from managing social media and technology to building meaningful relationships between CDC and the Surrey School District, playing a vital role in bringing the story of City Dream Centre to life.
Joe Borean
Joe oversees City Dream Centre's food security programs, helping provide nutritious food to families in need in the Surrey community. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in fine Italian cuisine, Joe has a lifelong passion for food and the way it brings people together. He believes that sharing is about building community, creating hope, and showing people they are cared for.

Misty oversees City Dream Centre’s education programs, bringing courses like Parenting, Boundaries, and Anger Management to the community, recovery homes, and correctional facilities. She loves seeing people recognize their worth, break unhealthy cycles, and discover that lasting change is possible.

Rachel oversees City Dream Centre’s ongoing relationship with local donors, bringing over 15 years of fundraising experience and a passion for connecting people with opportunities to make a meaningful difference. She is a wife, mom, and proud grandmother to two adorable granddaughters, and she loves building relationships and helping others experience the joy of giving back to their community.
