Connections Program
A safe home and a steady start for women rebuilding their lives.
W H A T I T I S
Leaving a recovery program, a shelter, or a home that isn't safe is a big step. Figuring out where to go next shouldn't be the hardest part.
The Connections Program is a residential home in Surrey for women who have done the hard work of getting well and are ready for what comes next. It's a place to live. It's also a season of steady support, real skills, and people who know your name and are glad you're here.
We’re accepting applications now for our first intake.
Opening Fall 2026

The Connections Program is for women who are:
Currently in recovery, or who have completed a recovery program
Transitioning out of an unsafe home or relationship
Rebuilding after incarceration
Experiencing homelessness, or living somewhere that isn't safe or stable
You don't need to have it all figured out. What matters is that you're clean and sober, ready to live alongside other women, and willing to work on what comes next.

You’ll know exactly what you’re saying yes to.
City Dream Centre is a Christian organization, and Connections is a faith-based home. Day to day, that looks like prayer, Bible studies, and Christian community activities woven into the rhythm of the house.
We'll ask on the application whether you're comfortable taking part. We ask so you know exactly what you're saying yes to, not because you need any particular background or beliefs of your own. Women of every background are welcome here.
